Claiming a listing: Companies may claim existing listings to update information and add official content. Claimants must be authorized representatives of the company. False claims constitute a violation of these Terms.

Accuracy of listings: While we strive to maintain accurate information, AI Suggests does not warrant the accuracy of any tool listing. Pricing, features, and availability are subject to change. Always verify details on the tool's official website before purchasing.

Removal requests: Tool creators may request removal of their listing by contacting us. We will evaluate removal requests within 14 business days. We may retain factual information about tools for archival and historical reference.

Our content: The AI Suggests name, logo, website design, editorial content, and original written descriptions are owned by or licensed to AI Suggests and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited licence to users: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use AI Suggests for personal, non-commercial purposes. This does not include the right to: - Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content - Create derivative works from our content - Use our trademarks without express written permission - Scrape or systematically download content
